Establishing QCO Consulting on the foundations of integrity and passion, Quentin Ortega is an acclaimed serial entrepreneur, business strategist and executive consultant with over a decade of experience helping organizations attain what they value the most: scalable growth, effective teams, and sustainable success. 

Focusing heavily on the intricacies of people, progress, and traction, Quentin holds a diverse background that includes technology design and integration, partnership development, business/operational development, strategy-based consulting, succession planning, real estate investing, and the art of firm yet fair high-stakes negotiation. He is passionate about utilizing this professional acumen to not only position his QCO clients for competitive success within their respective industries, but for success and balance within their personal lives as well.

Raised in Southern Missouri with an inherent passion for technology, growth, and helping others in large ways, Quentin earned his BA in Management and Information Systems (minor in Economics), an MBA, and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Since meeting his business partners during college, Quentin's inventory of experiences has since ranged from consulting companies on growth strategies for teams and revenue to coaching and team dynamic prioritization. This includes holding executive roles in various industries, from ad tech, to manufacturing, distribution, SaaS, ag tech, and most recently real estate as a Managing Partner of Frontier Equity Partners.

Collectively, Quentin’s history of entrepreneurship and working alongside various entrepreneurs, founders, and executive teams have rendered him a unique perspective that enables him to understand organizations from the inside out. Since founding QCO Consulting in 2015, Quentin has helped countless businesses, teams, and executive leaders achieve their goals through strategic guidance, developing actionable stepping-stones, and encouraging motivation. As a multidisciplinary professional driven to help others succeed, Quentin has a genuine passion for translating business goals into tangible, profitable realities – demonstrating that by being not just a consultant, but also a mentor and friend who aims to empower others to unlock their innate potential both professionally and personally. However, what has led to Quentin’s trust and respect among his consultees and stakeholders the most is his unique eye for finding accelerated growth opportunities, optimizing success and minimizing risk, and for taking on every consulting project with an ethical radar, a positive outlook, and an open mind. 
 

To Quentin, his clients' wins are his wins, and he is passionate about staying updated on the latest technology and innovation trends to ensure that he and his clients remain ten steps ahead. Beyond the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, both hiking and camping, adding to his watch collection, and monitoring the progress of the two show horses he and his wife own, and the several racehorses in which they have fractional ownership, including the 2020 Kentucky Derby winner, Authentic.
